These Terms and Conditions apply to the website www.aetrop.com. By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We may change or update these terms, so please check this page regularly. We do not represent or warrant that the information on our website is accurate, complete, or current. This includes pricing and availability information. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update the information at any time without prior notice. It is therefore your responsibility to periodically check these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the website following any changes implies that you accept and agree to the changes.
Purchase for personal use only
You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only. If you own a business and want to sell our products, you will need our permission to do so. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason and without explanation.
Payment methods
We accept credit card payments as well as payments through PayPal. All payments are conducted via secure SSL encrypted pages through the payment providers.
Shipping
We provide worldwide free shipping with every order. All orders are shipped from Germany or Cyprus using standard mail. We will provide you with tracking information as soon as we dispatch your order. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for shipping depending on your location*. Upon an order placement, we may need up to 2 business days for order verification and processing. These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
*Due to local lockdowns and/or other security measures related to COVID-19, the time of the delivery of your package may be affected.
Return policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations, issue refunds, or allow exchanges to be made. All shipping fees and international duty/tax, if any, are also non-refundable. Our prints are delivered in waterproof sleeves, placed in solid cardboard tubes that guarantee their safety. However, if for any reason you receive a damaged item, or a different item than the one you have ordered, please refer to section on Damages below. In general, in order for us to provide the best customer service, any concerns regarding orders must be received in writing within 48 hours upon receiving the order. Please note that if a package is returned to us because you did not receive or claim it, we do not send replacements.
Damages
All products must be inspected once received and in case of any defects or damages we must be notified within 48 hours of receiving in order to examine whether a replacement is to be made. Images and descriptions of defects or damages must be provided for review. A product is not to be replaced if the cardboard tube arrives torn or damaged but the product inside remains unaffected; the tube is not part of the selling product.
International duty and tax
We take care of any extra charges such as duties, taxes or VAT after placing an order.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, artwork and computer code (collectively, "content"), including, but not limited, to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, look and feel and arrangement of such content, contained on this website
is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Constantinos Louca, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, no part of this website and no content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including "mirroring") to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without our express prior written consent.
Limitation of liability and indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, in no event will we be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from your use of and/or access to the website. You agree to indemnify and hold Constantinos Louca and its employees or affiliates, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys' fees), made against them by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of and/or access to the website.
Privacy
We respect our customers’ information as personal data and will never share it with any third party. The information we may collect for orders includes full name, e-mail address, billing and shipping address, phone number, payment information details, internet protocol (IP) address, and geographical region. By providing this information to us, you represent that you consent to their use, noting that you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. We will never collect sensitive personal data about you. We use the information that we collect to process and fulfil any orders placed through this website (including to process payment information, arrange for shipping and issue invoices, proof of payment and/or order confirmations) and to respond to your inquiries.
In general, we collect only the information necessary in order to fulfil our contract with you for the purposes of fulfilling your order and to pursue our legitimate business interests. In this respect, we will share personal information we collect with Wix to operate our online store, as well as with Stripe and PayPal to process your payments (for more information, you can find their privacy policies at https://www.wix.com/about/privacy, https://stripe.com/en-gb-de/privacy and https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full).
We may also share your personal data in the following cases:
